Officially, the Alpha Tau House Corporation supports the ongoing maintenance and financial responsibilities of the chapter house.
The board members currently serving are:

What the House Corporation Does
Beyond electing officers, the board handles the practical work of keeping 102 Fraternity Court in good repair and good standing:
- Building stewardship and long-term capital planning
- Routine maintenance and repairs
- Life-safety and code compliance
- Property insurance
- Annual budgeting and financial oversight
- Vendor and contractor management
- Communication with alumni and the chapter
