The chapter underwent an amazing list of renovations throughout the Spring and Summer of 2026. We’ve catalogued those renovations through videos. Projects included:
New chapter room flooring
28 new windows
Electrical upgrades & fixes in all rooms
New vendors for oil recycling, grease removal, and carpet service
Taking over meal service management from the students
Installing video security system
New fire doors
Improved landscaping on the left side of the front yard
New roof
New washers and dryers
Re-build of water heater system
New basement storage area
New bathrooms
Re-designed Miles Lawson Study
New fire escape stairwell (pending town approval)
Painting of chapter room, kitchen, alumni room, and upstairs hallway
Duct cleaning
